These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the jilljuck platform and all services provided therein. Please read this agreement carefully before registering an account or using any part of the jilljuck Casino platform.

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player," "User," or "you") and jilljuck (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jilljuck.club (the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of the services provided by jilljuck, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jilljuck Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes full acceptance of this Agreement.
In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
"Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the jilljuck Platform, through which the Player accesses gaming services and manages funds.
"Balance" means the aggregate of funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds, bonus credits (where applicable and subject to bonus terms), and winnings not yet withdrawn.
"Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or reload offer granted by jilljuck to a Player subject to separate promotional terms.
"KYC" or "Know Your Customer" means the identity and age verification process conducted by jilljuck in compliance with applicable Philippine regulatory requirements, including submission of government-issued identification documents.
"PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
"Platform" means the jilljuck online gaming website accessible at jilljuck.club, including all sub-pages, mobile browser interfaces, and any associated applications.
"Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted by applicable law or jilljuck's internal compliance policies.
"Real Money Wager" means any bet placed using real funds (not bonus credits) held in a Player's Account.
2.1 By completing the jilljuck account registration process, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, together with the jilljuck Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 You further confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of this Agreement, that the information you have provided during registration is accurate and complete, and that you are entering into this Agreement voluntarily.
2.3 jilljuck reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
3.1 Age Requirement. The jilljuck Platform is strictly for individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR for online casino-category gambling in the Philippines. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age.
Underage Gambling is Illegal. Any Account found to have been opened by or used by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended. All funds held in such an Account will be forfeited and the matter may be referred to the relevant Philippine authorities. jilljuck cooperates fully with PAGCOR in the enforcement of underage gambling prohibitions.
3.2 Jurisdiction. The Platform is operated for and made available primarily to residents of the Philippines. Access from Prohibited Jurisdictions is not permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an Account.
3.3 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) active Account on the jilljuck Platform. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.4 Mental Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated, who are under a court-ordered guardianship with respect to contractual matters, or who are enrolled in a self-exclusion program administered by jilljuck or any other gaming operator are not eligible to hold an Account.
4.1 Registration Process. To access real-money gaming services on the jilljuck Platform, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and email address.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. You are responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your Account is accurate and up to date. jilljuck may request updated documentation at any time. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or any subsequent verification process constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
4.3 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, jilljuck will require you to complete the KYC process by submitting copies of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a Philippine Statistics Authority National ID, passport, or driver's license) and such other documentation as jilljuck may reasonably require. jilljuck reserves the right to request KYC documents at any time, including at the point of registration.
4.4 Account Ownership. Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, assigned, sold, or made accessible to any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorized by you.
5.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party.
5.2 You must notify jilljuck immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
5.3 jilljuck will never contact you to request your password or full payment card details. Any communication purporting to be from jilljuck that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team promptly.
5.4 jilljuck employs SSL encryption and optional two-factor authentication. We strongly recommend that you enable two-factor authentication to enhance the security of your Account, particularly given that the same mobile number is frequently linked to Philippine e-wallets such as GCash and Maya.
6.1 Accepted Methods. jilljuck accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI (via InstaPay), BDO (via InstaPay), Metrobank (via InstaPay), and other methods as updated on the Platform from time to time.
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos). Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within the Platform's cashier section.
6.3 Currency. All transactions on the jilljuck Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits made in foreign currencies may be subject to conversion at rates applied by your payment provider.
6.4 Third-Party Funding. Deposits may only be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Funding your Account from a payment method registered to another person is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for Account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.
6.5 Transaction Fees. jilljuck does not charge transaction fees on deposits made via Philippine payment methods. Any fees imposed by your payment provider are independent of jilljuck and are your responsibility.
GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your jilljuck Account instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfers via InstaPay typically clear within 2–5 minutes. Processing times are subject to the availability of Philippine interbank networks.
7.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. Withdrawals may only be processed after successful completion of KYC verification. jilljuck reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification or pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
7.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 (two hundred Philippine Pesos).
7.3 Processing Time. For verified Accounts, withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay generally complete within 10–30 minutes. Processing times are subject to the availability and operating hours of Philippine interbank and e-wallet networks.
7.4 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your name. jilljuck does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the Account holder's name.
7.5 Withdrawal Fees. jilljuck does not charge fees on standard withdrawals via Philippine payment methods. Fees imposed by your payment provider are outside jilljuck's control.
7.6 Right to Request Documentation. Prior to processing any withdrawal, jilljuck may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds or to fulfill obligations under applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in delay or suspension of the withdrawal.
8.1 General.) jilljuck may from time to time offer Bonuses and promotional incentives to Players. All Bonuses are subject to these general Terms and Conditions and to any specific promotional terms communicated at the time the Bonus is offered.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated in the specific promotional terms for each Bonus. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings are locked until the wagering requirement is satisfied.
8.3 One Bonus Per Person. Welcome Bonuses and new player promotional offers are limited to one claim per person, household, IP address, and payment method. jilljuck reserves the right to void Bonuses and associated winnings where it determines that multiple accounts have been created to claim the same promotional offer.
8.4 Bonus Abuse. jilljuck actively monitors for Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing Bonus wagers with the intention of satisfying wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, using excluded game types to progress wagering requirements, and coordinated abuse by groups of players. Evidence of Bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of associated Bonus funds and winnings and may result in Account suspension.
8.5 Expiry. Bonuses not claimed within the promotional period and wagering requirements not completed within the bonus validity period will expire automatically. Expired Bonus funds are forfeited.
8.6 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games, and certain other game categories may contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotional terms.
8.7 Modification of Promotions. jilljuck reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Such changes will not affect Bonuses already credited to a Player's Account prior to the effective date of the modification, provided that the applicable wagering period has not yet commenced.
9.1 Certified Games. All games available on the jilljuck Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited by accredited testing laboratories. Game RTPs are published based on verified audit data.
9.2 Game Rules. Each game on the jilljuck Platform has individual rules that govern gameplay, payouts, and special features. Players are responsible for reading and understanding applicable game rules before placing Real Money Wagers. Game rules are accessible from within each game's interface.
9.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a game or technical malfunction, any bets placed during the malfunction period may be voided and any winnings derived from such bets may be cancelled. jilljuck will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve reported malfunctions promptly.
9.4 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the records maintained by jilljuck's gaming systems shall be determinative. jilljuck's decision on matters of game outcome, subject to the dispute process, shall be final.
9.5 Prohibited Strategies. The use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for ordinary human gameplay is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
10.1 jilljuck is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gaming is intended as a form of entertainment. If gaming ceases to be entertaining, or if you feel that you may be developing a problem with gambling, we encourage you to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform and to seek appropriate support.
10.2 Player Tools. The following tools are available to all jilljuck Account holders:
10.3 Reduction vs. Increase of Limits. Requests to reduce a deposit or loss limit are implemented immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a seven-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
10.4 Self-Exclusion During Active Bonus. Exercising self-exclusion will result in the immediate forfeiture of any active Bonus funds and associated wagering progress. Real money balances will be returned to the Player in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
10.5 21+ Requirement. As noted in Section 3, the jilljuck Platform is available exclusively to persons aged 21 and above. jilljuck actively enforces this requirement through KYC verification and cooperates with PAGCOR's underage gambling prevention framework.

11.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilljuck Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:
12.1 All content on the jilljuck Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and the overall structure and layout of the Platform — is the property of jilljuck or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Platform without jilljuck's prior written consent.
12.3 The jilljuck name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of jilljuck. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right to use jilljuck trademarks or branding without the express prior written consent of jilljuck.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilljuck's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Wagers placed by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.2 jilljuck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of winnings attributable to events outside jilljuck's reasonable control.
13.3 jilljuck does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform services. jilljuck will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
13.4 Nothing in this Agreement limits jilljuck's liability for death or personal injury resulting from jilljuck's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Philippine law.
14.1 Suspension by jilljuck. jilljuck reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time without prior notice if it reasonably suspects: (a) breach of any provision of this Agreement; (b) fraudulent activity; (c) money laundering or suspicious transaction patterns; (d) provision of false information; or (e) any other conduct that jilljuck determines in its reasonable discretion to be harmful to the Platform, other Players, or jilljuck's regulatory obligations.
14.2 Termination for Cause. jilljuck may permanently close your Account and forfeit your balance in cases of fraud, confirmed identity misrepresentation, underage gambling, money laundering, or material repeated breach of this Agreement.
14.3 Voluntary Closure. You may request the voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting jilljuck Support. Upon closure, any Real Money balance (net of any applicable bonus forfeiture) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
14.4 Effect of Termination. Termination of your Account for any reason does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination, including jilljuck's right to recover any amounts owed by you.
15.1 This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through jilljuck's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.3 Internal Complaints Process. Before initiating any external legal proceedings, you must first submit your complaint to jilljuck Support at [email protected]. jilljuck will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days. jilljuck aims to resolve all complaints within 28 calendar days.
15.4 Nothing in this Section limits your rights under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
16.1 jilljuck reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version of the Terms, together with the effective date of the most recent revision, will always be accessible on the Platform.
16.2 For material changes — including changes that affect Player rights, bonus structures, or withdrawal procedures — jilljuck will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to registered Account holders and via a prominent notice on the Platform.
16.3 If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment's effective date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
