9.3 While jilljuck takes data security seriously, no transmission over the internet is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for any activity conducted through your Account prior to notifying jilljuck of a security compromise.
10.1 Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your Personal Data held by jilljuck:
10.2 To exercise any of the above rights, submit a written request to jilljuck's Data Protection Officer at [email protected]. jilljuck will acknowledge your request within five (5) business days and provide a substantive response within thirty (30) calendar days, as required by the DPA. Complex requests may require an extension; jilljuck will notify you of any extension and the reason for it.
10.3 jilljuck may request proof of identity before processing a data subject rights request to prevent unauthorized access to or modification of another person's Personal Data.
11.1 The jilljuck Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR requirements for online casino-category gaming in the Philippines. jilljuck does not knowingly collect Personal Data from persons under the age of 21.
11.2 If jilljuck becomes aware that it has collected Personal Data from a person under the age of 21, it will immediately suspend the associated Account, delete or quarantine the relevant data to the extent permitted by applicable law, and report the matter to PAGCOR as required.
